The first step is to choose which of our parks you’d like to own a holiday home on.
Think about which one suits how you like to spend your holidays, and the amount of time you’re willing to travel from home to get there.

Choosing your lodge
Once you’ve selected your park, we invite you to visit and experience it for yourself.
During your private appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the available lodges and walk the grounds at your own pace, getting a true feel for the setting, space and atmosphere.
Whether you’re considering a two or three bed lodge, our team will guide you discreetly and professionally, helping you find the right lodge and location to suit your lifestyle.

Organising the finances
If you decide to move forward with lodge ownership, we’ll guide you clearly through all associated costs so you understand exactly what’s involved.
This includes annual site fees, utilities and insurance, along with any ongoing considerations — all explained transparently from the outset.
We offer part-exchange options on existing lodges, static caravans, touring caravans and motorhomes, regardless of age or location, helping to make your move into lodge ownership as straightforward as possible.
If required, we can also introduce you to trusted financial specialists who can discuss suitable funding options and help structure the right package for you.

Once your purchase is complete, we’ll arrange a smooth and professional handover, ensuring you’re fully settled and ready to enjoy your lodge from day one.
On handover day, our team will walk you through your lodge, answer any questions and make sure you feel completely comfortable before you begin your ownership journey.
From there, the time is yours — whether that’s quiet weekends away, extended stays or spontaneous escapes to the countryside.
